Technology

Recently I have been cursed with not having a computer at my home. So this blog has been growing through my Android! I used to have an 17 inch LCD Screen Acer Aspire that I deeply feel in love with. It was the perfect gaming computer (since I was into World of War Craft for a whole summer). Tragically, it had to be returned and I’m stuck trying to update my blog, checking my Facebook account, and writing tedious essays for AP English and my dual credit History class without a computer.

My history professor says that we have become so technology dependent that we flip out the second that we become deprived. I want to know YOUR point of view on technology.

Reponse

Thankfully not in that situation. =) haha but yeah we think alike. Its takes a lot for someone to change their cheating ways. THANK YOU!!

Liz’s question:

What do you think about people taking back someone who cheated?
Well this topic actually hits near home in my book! I don’t want to go into any juicy details but I’ve seen this in my family and with friends. I really believe that once you cheat then it’ll be easy for you to do I again. Therefore, I would not take someone back with open arms after an infidelity. Again, that is my unbiased opinion but in all reality it all depends on the individual situations.
My advice if you are in this situation: Be selfish. It’s your heart! Don’t let someone hurt you so easily.

Thank you sooooo so much Liz!

Story

I was waiting for my mom to pick me up after fifth period today when I see this couple talking in the hall. I’ve seen them around together plenty of times and instinctly think “Aww, they’re cute!”
They are told by a school security guard to go to class and the couple starts getting closer to where I’m standing.
“Why can’t you put me first for once?”, I hear the girl say.
“Whatever, if this is our relationship on the line then whatever! Just know that I love you.”, says the boy.
“Then why can’t you do this for me?”, says the pleeding girl.
“I can’t do this. I love you. Bye.”, states the boy.
The girl is left there with a crushed heart but manages to hold herself together. The only word that she can bare to shed is “Ok…”. Inaudible to her ex boyfriend as he walks away leaving her alone.
The poor girl watches him leave and realizes that what is done, is done.
After a couple minutes, I’m still waiting there for my mom after all this when I hear someone running down the hallway. I thought there might be some sort of accident or emergency but when I looked up I saw the girl again. She was running down the hall looking for the boy that left her with broken heart. A few minutes passed and she was sobbing her way back to class.
This occurence opened my eyes! That girl should of never ran after him but she did. She ran back because she loves him. Her heart couldn’t bare the pain. That boy should have listened to her, that is all she wanted. To be heard. He couldn’t put in one last effort and he made it easy on himself. He chose to walk away from the situation; simply leave.

What is your opinion on this? Tell me! I’m curious to see the different perspectives.

Untitled Poem

Those three words echo;
Screeching,
I want them to be like you are:
Gone…
“Yoli, I’m done.”

Even if happiness forgets you a little bit, never completely forget about it. ~Jacques Prévert

rockerkid24 asked: what is ur goal in life ? (:

My goal in life is to find complete happiness, not purse it. I plan on doing that by going to school and keeping my grades as high as I can get them and hopefully getting into a good university. I would like to become a forensic psychologist but if I can’t do that then I either want to be a teacher, student activities director, or plan parties (like weddings). I just want to be happy, like everyone else in the world.
